There are usually several steps involved in making an inflatable: design drawing, cutting, spray painting and sewing. Today we will introduce how to cut in our factory.

We are now using a computer controlled cutter, upgraded from traditional manual proofing to a high-speed precision cutting machine. The machine has increased the productivity of the factory by more than 400% and reduced cutting and marking time by 50%. What used to require four workers to do the cutting job now requires only one machine operator, who spends only part of their time setting up the machine.

The cutting machine is equipped with multiple knives and blades. Different functions, such as cutting, drawing, punching, wiring, etc., can be met by proper configuration. Our cutting machines can cut a variety of flexible and soft materials with excellent cutting performance.

In conclusion, the computer controlled cutter has many advantages:

1. Save labor and material costs

2. Everyone can cut without a lot of skills

3. Even very complex patterns can ensure the stability of cutting and easy operation

4. Increase productivity
